MethoCult, 80 mL — Ready-to-use, methylcellulose-based semisolid medium for colony-forming unit (CFU) assays of hematopoietic progenitor cells. Provides a reproducible matrix and nutrients to support formation and enumeration of erythroid, myeloid and mixed colonies when used with appropriate cells and supplements. Manufactured by STEMCELL Technologies. Store at 2–8°C, equilibrate to room temperature before use and handle under aseptic conditions.
