MethoCult H4535 Enriched w/o EPO, 100mL

MethoCult Enriched without EPO, 100mL — Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. Enriched methylcellulose medium with additional growth support but formulated without erythropoietin to allow controlled assays of erythroid stimulation.

Usage notes:

• Supports enhanced colony formation for myeloid and mixed colonies; add EPO when erythroid stimulation is required.
• Gently invert to mix; plate under sterile conditions (~1.1 mL per 35 mm dish) and incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2, humidified incubator.
• Store at 2–8°C; equilibrate to room temperature before use. For research use only.
