MethoCult Enriched, 24 x 3mL/tube — Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. Ready-to-use methylcellulose-based medium formulated for human hematopoietic progenitor colony assays with enriched cytokine support (includes erythropoietin).

Key features and use:

• Supports CFU-GM, BFU-E and CFU-GEMM colony formation from human progenitors.
• Ready-to-use tubes; gently mix before use and avoid introducing air bubbles.
• Dispense into 35 mm culture dishes (~1.1 mL/dish) or appropriate culture vessels, incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2, humidified atmosphere and score colonies per protocol (commonly 10–14 days depending on colony type).
• Storage: refrigerate at 2–8°C; equilibrate to room temperature before use. For research use only.
