Formulated for probe chemistries on instruments that do not require ROX normalization. Contains hot-start DNA polymerase, optimized buffer and stabilizers to provide high sensitivity and specificity in hydrolysis-probe assays.

• 5x concentrate — dilute to 1x for assays on non-ROX instruments
• Recommended for TaqMan and similar probe-based methods
• Minimizes non-specific amplification due to hot-start enzyme
• Store at -20°C; thaw on ice and mix gently before use
