HOT FIREPol¨ EvaGreen¨ qPCR Supermix

HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Supermix — Solis BioDyne. Ready-to-use, 5x concentrated qPCR master mix containing Hot FIREPol DNA polymerase and EvaGreen intercalating dye for dye-based real-time PCR.

• Size: 1.0 ml (250 reactions at 20 µl)
• Performance: high sensitivity, low background and consistent amplification for standard cycling protocols
• Usage: dilute to 1x in reaction (from 5x); compatible with most real-time PCR instruments that accept EvaGreen dye
• Storage: store at -20 °C; mix gently before use and avoid repeated freeze–thaw
