HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Mix Plus (Capillary) — Solis BioDyne. 20 ml capillary-capable 5× master mix for mid-to-large scale low-volume qPCR. Contains EvaGreen dye and hot-start polymerase; formulated without ROX.

• Prepare reactions at 1× final concentration.
• Optimized for capillary instruments and small reaction volumes, delivering high sensitivity and reproducible melt analysis.
• Suggested primer concentrations 0.2–0.5 µM; adjust input and cycling as needed.
