HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Mix Plus (Capillary) — Solis BioDyne. Capillary-optimized 5× hot-start qPCR master mix containing EvaGreen dye; designed for low-volume and capillary real-time PCR instruments. No ROX.

• Use 1× final concentration from 5× stock for capillary reactions.
• Formulation tuned for efficient amplification in low-volume/capillary formats with high signal and low inhibition.
• Suitable for dye-based quantification and melt-curve analysis; recommended primer range 0.2–0.5 µM.
• Storage: keep at -20°C; handle aliquots to reduce freeze–thaw cycles.
