HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 12.5 mM MgCl2. Manufacturer: Solis BioDyne.

Compact, ready-to-use hot-start PCR master mix that includes Hot FIREPol DNA polymerase, buffer components, dNTPs and 12.5 mM MgCl2 for assays that require slightly higher magnesium concentration. Hot-start formulation improves specificity and yield.

• Suitable for: routine PCR, troubleshooting GC-rich templates and small-scale experiments
• Storage: store at -20°C; minimise freeze–thaw

Notes: thaw on ice, mix gently and titrate Mg2+ if fine optimization is required.
