FIREPol¨ Master Mix (12.5 mM MgCl2)

FIREPol® Master Mix (12.5 mM MgCl2) — Solis BioDyne. 5X concentrated PCR master mix containing FIREPol DNA polymerase, dNTPs and optimized reaction buffer supplemented with 12.5 mM MgCl2 in the 5X formulation (provides 2.5 mM MgCl2 at 1X).

• Pack & capacity: 10 x 1 ml (supplier stated ≈2,500 reactions).
• Benefits: ready-to-dilute 5X format for robust, reproducible routine PCR (genotyping, cloning verification, sequencing templates).
• Usage: add 1 volume of the 5X mix per 4 volumes of template/master mix components to achieve 1X final concentration; adjust Mg2+ if required for specific assays.
