Endonuclease VIII (10000 U) — QIAGEN DNA glycosylase/AP lyase that recognizes and excises oxidized pyrimidines, generating strand breaks at damaged sites. Useful for DNA repair assays, damage mapping and preparation of DNA for downstream applications (including NGS library repair).
