DiOC6(3) iodide, 25 mg — Lipophilic green-fluorescent membrane dye used to stain mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum and other intracellular membranes in live cells. Commonly used in flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy to assess membrane structures and membrane potential (use low nanomolar–micromolar concentrations to minimize toxicity).
