DAPI (HCl), 10 mg — DNA-specific fluorescent nuclear counterstain (4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole, dihydrochloride). Binds A–T rich regions of DNA and is widely used for fixed-cell and tissue nuclear staining. Typical working concentration: ~0.1–1 µg/mL depending on application.
