D-PBS 10X concentrate, without Ca2+ and Mg2+, 500 mL — Concentrated 10X Dulbecco's Phosphate-Buffered Saline without calcium and magnesium. Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies.

• Intended use: dilute 1:10 with sterile distilled water to prepare 1X PBS for cell washing, reagent preparation and general laboratory buffering.
• Formulation: isotonic PBS salts, optimized for physiological pH (~7.2–7.6) when diluted; free of Ca2+ and Mg2+ to minimize cell adhesion and to facilitate enzymatic dissociation.
• Handling: prepare fresh 1X working solution, pre-warm as required and use aseptically; consult lot certificate for sterility information.
