10x GC-rich Enhancer

10x GC-rich Enhancer — Enhanced formulation from Solis BioDyne to improve amplification of GC-rich and difficult PCR templates. Supplied as a 10x concentrate (5.0 ml).

• Use: add to PCR master mix to give 1x final concentration; compatible with most thermostable DNA polymerases.
• Benefits: increases yield, reduces secondary structure and nonspecific products for high-GC targets.
• Handling: nuclease-free; store at -20 °C, minimize freeze–thaw cycles.
