STEMdiff Trilineage Differentiation Kit

The STEMdiff™ Trilineage Differentiation Kit is a functional assay designed to assess the pluripotency of human embryonic stem (ES) and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells by facilitating their directed differentiation into all three germ layers: ectoderm, mesoderm, and endoderm. This kit includes specialized, complete media and monolayer-based protocols, enabling reproducible differentiation across multiple pluripotent cell lines within a standardized one-week protocol. It is optimized for cells maintained in mTeSR™1 medium.
