SolisFAST¨ Probe qPCR Mix (ROX)

SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (ROX) — Manufacturer: Solis BioDyne. Enhanced 5× concentrated master mix formulated for probe-based (hydrolysis/TaqMan) qPCR assays and optimized for FAST cycling applications.

• Key components: hot-start DNA polymerase, dNTPs, optimized buffer and stabilizers, plus ROX passive reference dye for instruments that require ROX normalization.
• Benefits: fast cycling, high sensitivity and specificity, reduced non-specific amplification due to hot-start chemistry.
• Typical recommendations: prepare reactions at 1× final concentration; primers 0.2–0.5 µM, probe 0.1–0.25 µM. Example cycling: 95°C initial 2 min, then 40 cycles of 95°C 1–5 s and 60°C 20–30 s (optimize per assay).
• Compatibility & storage: compatible with major real-time PCR platforms (ABI, Bio‑Rad, Roche, Agilent). Store at −20°C, avoid repeated freeze–thaw and vortexing; thaw on ice and mix gently before use.
