SolisFAST® Probe qPCR Mix (no ROX) — Solis BioDyne. High-performance 5x master mix for probe-based qPCR without ROX. Designed for fast cycling and robust performance with low background fluorescence.

• Hot-start DNA polymerase and optimized buffer for high sensitivity and reproducible Ct values.
• Dilute to 1x for reactions; recommended primer/probe concentrations: primers 200–500 nM, probe 100–250 nM.
• Typical cycling example: 95°C init 2 min; 40 cycles: 95°C 1–5 s / 60°C 20–30 s. Validate on your instrument.
• Storage: −20°C. Supplied volume: 20.0 ml (approx. 5000 reactions at 1x).
