Product Description: The Sepmate-50 100-Pack Ruo is a set of 50 mL centrifuge tubes designed to simplify the isolation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) through density gradient centrifugation. Each tube features an insert that creates a barrier between the density gradient medium and blood, eliminating the need for careful layering and allowing for easy harvesting of mononuclear cells with a simple pour. This product is compatible with RosetteSep™ enrichment cocktails, enabling the isolation of specific immune cell subsets in just 30 minutes.
