Saliniä UNG Uracil-N-Glycosylase — Solis BioDyne.

Standalone uracil‑N‑glycosylase (UNG) enzyme for PCR carry‑over prevention. Removes uracil from dU‑containing DNA templates to prevent amplification of contaminating PCR products when dUTP is used in place of dTTP. Ideal for integration into qPCR or end‑point PCR workflows that use UNG/dUTP carry‑over control.

• Activity: supplied as 100 U (as stated).
• Typical use: incubate reaction mix at ~37°C for a few minutes to allow UNG activity, then inactivate by the PCR initial denaturation (high temperature) prior to amplification.
• Storage: store at −20°C; aliquot to avoid repeated freeze–thaw.
