RosetteSep Human ILC2 Enrich - Sample — trial/sample size of RosetteSep reagent for enrichment of human ILC2 (type 2 innate lymphoid) cells.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. This sample-format immunodensity reagent is formulated to enrich ILC2s by crosslinking unwanted cells to red blood cells for removal by density centrifugation. Use it to evaluate performance prior to scaling up to larger volumes.

• Applications: isolation of ILC2s from PBMCs or whole blood for phenotyping and functional assays.
• Workflow: mix reagent with sample, incubate, dilute and centrifuge over density medium, collect enriched ILC2 fraction.
