RosetteSep Human CD8 Depletion, 10mL — RosetteSep reagent to deplete CD8+ cells from human samples.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. This immunodensity depletion reagent selectively crosslinks CD8+ cells to red blood cells, enabling their removal by density gradient centrifugation and leaving other cell populations untouched. The 10 mL format is intended for larger sample throughput or multiple preparations.
