Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. The reagent removes non‑CD4 cells by forming rosettes with red blood cells and pelleting them during density centrifugation, producing viable, unlabeled CD4+ T cells suitable for flow cytometry, functional assays and primary cell culture.
