RosetteSep Human CD4 Depletion, 10mL — RosetteSep Human CD4 Depletion, 10mL is an immunodensity reagent designed to selectively remove CD4+ T cells from human whole blood or PBMC samples.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. The antibody cocktail crosslinks CD4+ cells to red blood cells so they are removed during density gradient centrifugation, providing an untouched CD4‑depleted cell fraction for downstream culture, functional assays or phenotyping.
