RosetteSep Human CD3 Depletion, 10mL — RosetteSep Human CD3 Depletion, 10mL is formulated to selectively remove CD3+ T cells from human whole blood or PBMCs by immunodensity depletion.

Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. The reagent crosslinks CD3+ cells to red blood cells so they sediment with the RBC layer during density gradient centrifugation, producing an enriched, untouched non‑T cell population for downstream applications such as NK, B cell or myeloid studies. Store refrigerated (2–8°C) and follow the manufacturer's instructions for best depletion efficiency and cell viability.
