Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. This reagent uses antibody-mediated crosslinking of unwanted cells to red blood cells to remove them during density centrifugation, yielding untouched target progenitor cells suitable for downstream culture, colony assays, flow cytometry and molecular analysis.
