Description: RoboSep Buffer is a cell separation buffer designed for EasySep cell separation protocols performed by RoboSep instruments. It contains Dulbecco's phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), 2% fetal bovine serum (FBS), and 1 mM EDTA in PBS.
