RIPA Buffer

RIPA Buffer — RIPA Buffer provided by MOLEQULE-ON (New Zealand) and supplied by EMDA is a ready-to-use lysis solution designed for efficient extraction of cytoplasmic, membrane, and nuclear proteins while preserving antigenicity for downstream analysis.

Typical composition (example): 50 mM Tris–HCl (pH 7.4–8.0), 150 mM NaCl, 1% non-ionic detergent (NP-40/Triton X-100), 0.5% sodium deoxycholate, and 0.1% SDS. Protease and phosphatase inhibitors are normally added immediately before use for sensitive samples. (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov)
