Manufacturer handling: QIAGEN service logistics. This fee covers secure packaging, cold-chain or ambient return as required, courier costs, and standard chain-of-custody documentation for returned samples.

• Includes: packaging, temperature control (if requested), tracking and basic paperwork for returned material.
