Practical guidance:

• Use to perform CFU assays under serum-free conditions to improve assay consistency and downstream analyses.
• Gently mix, plate under sterile conditions (~1.1 mL per 35 mm dish) and incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2; score colonies according to assay timeline.
• Store refrigerated at 2–8°C; equilibrate to room temperature before use and avoid repeated freeze–thaw.
