MethoCult, 100mL — Manufacturer: STEMCELL Technologies. Ready-to-use methylcellulose medium supplied in a 100 mL bottle for hematopoietic colony formation assays; formulated for reproducible growth of progenitor-derived colonies.

Applications & handling:

• Suitable for CFU-GM, BFU-E and mixed lineage assays when used with appropriate cytokines or supplements.
• Mix gently to homogenize; dispense under aseptic conditions into culture dishes (~1.1 mL per 35 mm dish) and incubate at 37°C, 5% CO2, high humidity.
• Storage: store at 2–8°C and avoid freezing; equilibrate to room temperature before use.
