Concentrated 200 mM L-glutamine solution for supplementation of cell culture media. Sterile and intended to restore the essential amino acid required for cell growth and protein synthesis. Typical working concentration in culture is 2-4 mM; aliquot after thawing to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store frozen for long term (follow manufacturer instructions) and handle aseptically.
