Ready-to-use, sterile Iscove's modified medium formulated with 25 mM HEPES for improved pH stability in both CO2 and non-CO2 incubators. Suitable for the culture of hematopoietic and other mammalian cells when supplemented with serum and other additives (e.g., L-glutamine, growth factors) as required. Store at 2-8 °C, warm to 37 °C before use, and avoid repeated temperature fluctuations. Refer to manufacturer documentation for handling and compatibility with specific cell lines.
