• Format: HEK‑expressed ACE2‑Fc fusion (100 µg); dimeric Fc fusion facilitates stable dimer formation and simplifies detection/purification.
• Applications: receptor‑ligand binding assays, ELISA, competition/neutralization assays, SPR/BLI and cell‑binding studies to evaluate spike/ACE2 interactions.
• Quality & handling: mammalian expression supports native folding and glycosylation; QC performed by SDS‑PAGE and activity‑based binding assays where applicable.
• Storage & reconstitution: store frozen (‑20 °C to ‑80 °C). Reconstitute in PBS or other assay buffer, aliquot, and avoid repeated freeze–thaw.
