Same formulation as the 1 mL pack but supplied as a 5 mL pack for higher-throughput use. Contains hot-start polymerase, optimized buffer and ROX passive reference dye for instruments that require it. Ideal for hydrolysis-probe assays with high sensitivity and reproducibility.
