HOT FIREPol® GC Master Mix — ready-to-use hot-start master mix from Solis BioDyne designed for efficient amplification of GC-rich templates.

• Hot-start DNA polymerase with a GC-enhancing buffer system to improve yield and specificity for high-GC targets.
• Contains additives that reduce secondary structure and promote robust amplification of difficult templates.
• Use with standard cycling conditions on conventional thermal cyclers; dilute to working concentration and add primers/template.
