Ready-to-use hot-start master mix formulated for robust, specific PCR. Includes Hot FIREPol DNA polymerase, balanced buffer system, dNTPs and 10 mM MgCl2 for optimal performance in most assays. Hot-start chemistry minimizes background and improves yield.
