HOT FIREPol® Blend Master Mix with 10 mM MgCl2. Manufacturer: Solis BioDyne.

Enhanced, ready-to-use hot-start PCR master mix that contains Hot FIREPol DNA polymerase, optimized reaction buffer, dNTPs and 10 mM MgCl2. The hot-start formulation reduces non-specific amplification and primer-dimer formation, giving reliable, high-specificity amplification for routine and high-throughput PCR.

• Pack size: 10.0 ml (10 x 1 ml; ~2,500 rxn)
• Typical applications: endpoint PCR, colony screening, genotyping and assay development
• Storage: store at -20°C; avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles

Notes: thaw on ice, mix gently before use and titrate MgCl2 if further optimization is required.
