The FIREScript® RT cDNA Synthesis Kit is a versatile solution for first-strand cDNA synthesis, utilizing a genetically engineered MMLV-based reverse transcriptase. This enzyme offers enhanced thermostability and improved performance at elevated temperatures, ensuring high specificity and yield across a broad reaction temperature range from 37°C to 60°C.
