FIREPol® Master Mix Ready to Load (7.5 mM MgCl2) — Solis BioDyne. 5X ready-to-load master mix containing FIREPol DNA polymerase, dNTPs, buffer with 7.5 mM MgCl2 in the 5X stock (1.5 mM at 1X) and tracking dye(s) that allow direct loading onto agarose gels.

• Pack & capacity: 1.0 ml (supplier stated ≈250 reactions).
• Benefits: convenient for workflows where rapid electrophoresis is required — no separate loading dye needed. Note: dyes can affect migration of very small fragments; validate for precise sizing.
• Usage: add one volume of 5X Ready-to-Load mix per four volumes of template and water to obtain 1X reaction.
• Storage: store at -20°C; thaw gently on ice before use.
