EMT-2 Add on BreastCancerDetect — QIAGEN add-on panel that expands the AdnaTest BreastCancerDetect assay to include epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) marker detection. Designed to be used in conjunction with the primary breast cancer CTC kit to profile EMT-associated transcripts.

• Adds mesenchymal/EMT marker targets to the existing breast cancer panel for deeper phenotyping.
• Compatible with AdnaTest enrichment and the same downstream RT‑PCR workflows.
