6X DNA Loading Dye

6X DNA Loading Dye — concentrated sample buffer to enhance the existing 6X DNA Loading Dye. Provides density and visible tracking dyes for reliable gel loading and migration monitoring in agarose and polyacrylamide electrophoresis. Mix 1 part dye with 5 parts sample to obtain a 1X working concentration (for example, add 1 µl dye to 5 µl DNA).
