10x GC-rich Enhancer

10x GC-rich Enhancer — Solis BioDyne 10x concentrate to facilitate robust PCR amplification of GC-rich templates. Supplied as a 10x concentrate (20.0 ml).

• Use: add to PCR reactions for a 1x working concentration; suitable with standard PCR and hot-start polymerases.
• Performance: improves specificity and yield by destabilizing secondary structures in GC-rich regions.
