Overview:
The EasySep™ HLA Chimerism Whole Blood Myeloid Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate highly purified CD33+ and CD66b+ myeloid cells, including myeloid progenitor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, from fresh whole blood prior to chimerism testing. This kit utilizes immunomagnetic positive selection, allowing for efficient cell isolation without the use of columns. Desired cells are targeted with tetrameric antibody complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b, and dextran-coated magnetic particles, and separated using an EasySep™ magnet.
